| the 300 degree rail and upgraded iOEM 93+ njectors I not only pressure tested the complete rail and injerctors off the car in water at 60 psi but also on the car before installing the plenum. However i did the 2nd test with the in fuel line and the return out fuel line both disconnected and created a loop with these lines and a mechanical pressure gage in the loop. I then pressureized the loop. Note that when pressurizing with a compressor have a shut off valve on its supply line that you close after pressurizing to prevent bleed back thru the compressor rings. With test I let the system sit for several hours and confirmed that the pressure gage did not move off the 60 psi setting. Also the off the car test in a water bucket was also used to determine if the injector orifice tips were leaking by looking for tiny bubbles at the tip orifices, that would indicate the internal seal of the injector is defective. I had one bad one when I did this test and returned it to Concept Z for a no questions replacement with no return/resend shipping costs. The injector replacement was done over 2 years ago and no problems with fuel system.
